水泥仿木栏杆上色多采用高聚物乳液为主要成膜物质（常用的有聚乙酸乙烯、聚丙烯酸醋等合成树脂液）加入颜料、助剂制成的涂料进行涂饰，具体根据隐蔽或暴露面等不同情况上色。

乳液涂料以水为分散介质，施工方便，涂层的透气性和耐碱性较好，利于在水泥仿木栏杆碱性基层上施涂，乳液涂料的漆膜对水泥仿木栏杆干燥度要求不高，且干燥快，可缩短施工周期。漆膜干燥后，不会因为内部水气蒸发产生压力而鼓泡脱落。

1、基层处理：先把水泥仿木栏杆建筑基层表面残留的边框、浮灰、浮沙石及油脂等净，然后用107胶加水1倍调合均匀涂刷底层，稍干后，进行下一步工序。

2、刮布涂层：把配制好的涂层材料用刮板用力将其布开，每次厚度约在0.5厘米左右。待前层涂层稍显干燥后，即可刮涂第二层，一般刮涂2到3次即可。

3、涂层表面处理：施工涂层带干燥后，需用0号天砂布将其磨平打光，磨后表面颜色会深浅不均，再涂刷107胶色浆一道，稍干后即涂刷2到3层氯乙烯共聚乳液。经过这种方法处理的内檐涂层，色彩均匀鲜艳、丰满度好，富有装饰效果，耐化学腐蚀。

3. Coating surface treatment: after the construction coating belt is dry, it needs to be polished with 0 # emery cloth. After polishing, the surface color will be uneven, and then apply 107 glue color paste. After slightly drying, apply 2 to 3 layers of vinyl chloride copolymer lotion. The interior eaves coating treated by this method has uniform and bright colors, good fullness, rich decorative effect, and chemical corrosion resistance.
