护坡桩的施工工艺是怎样的?

护坡桩就是沿基坑边打的防止边坡坍塌的桩,通常是在边坡放坡有效宽度工作面不够的情况下采用的措施,有了护坡桩可以防止临近的原有工程基础位移、下沉,有了护坡桩基坑放坡可以使坡比大化。那么护坡桩的施工工艺是怎样的?

成孔达到设计深度时,要进行自检,经监理工程师验收合格后进入下一道工序施工。

钢筋笼制作及安装
Fabrication and installation of reinforcement cage
排钢筋:按钢筋下料单,将各种规格的钢筋排布就绪,电焊机准备就绪。

焊接:主筋、加劲筋采用单面电弧搭接焊,螺旋筋采用梅花点焊连接。

运输:钢筋笼采用吊车倒运,人力辅助的方式运输。

吊装:钢筋笼采用吊车安装就位,钢筋笼周边设船型定位卡,保证混凝土保护层厚度。

就位:钢筋笼就位时,三点起吊,应吊直扶稳,对准孔位,缓缓放下,不得碰撞孔壁,到达设计桩顶标高后将钢筋笼上缘用吊筋与孔口钢管固定。

塌落度测量,采用高塌落度混凝土(180±20mm),导管法灌注砼成桩。

试块制作,混凝土留置试块,每个灌注台班不得少于1组。

导管安装,在桩孔内设置导管时,导管下端距孔底距离宜为300~500mm,采用Φ225导管,法兰盘连接,施工前导管应试拼、试压,保证整根导管顺直,不漏水、不破裂。
