透水砖的正确铺设施工方法

1、施工准备

粘结层为细石混凝土，由水泥、水和1-5mm石屑按1:0.45:4.17均匀混合而成，具有一定的和易性。需要注意的是，拌合前，石屑要用水洗去石灰粉。细石混凝土铺好后，透水砖底部要蘸水泥浆，透水砖两侧要插5mm塑料。然后，用橡胶锤轻敲透水砖，使其两角与砖缝对齐，水平与挂线平齐。

铺透水砖要按照每米铺一个方格子的四角透水砖来做。四角透水砖铺好后，要做横向铺贴放线，也是每米一条线，挂在竖向透水砖的位置，分仓铺贴。

After the four corners of the permeable brick are paved, the horizontal paving and setting out shall be done, which is also a line per meter, hung at the position of the vertical permeable brick, and paved separately.

5.保护透水砖路面

铺贴完成后，24小时后需要洒水养护，大约2-3天。养护期间，严禁扰动已铺好的透水砖路面。扫缝处理宜撒细砂和中砂，但必须是含砂量低于1%的干砂。分多次扫缝，每次扫完及时洒水，直砖缝填满，洒水后沙子不沉。
